Hi All Adria Owners Club Members

The Christmas rally dates have already been provided in the club newsletters and also on the club website for some time now, but here is the email for you to now book your attendance on the very popular Christmas rally (email delayed due to my attendance on the Portugal rally).

NOTE:Please read the whole email before you reply as there is specific information that I need.

I need you to reply directly on this email – please do not start a new email.
As usual our Club Christmas Rally is being held at Eye Kettleby Lakes, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE14 2TN. We will have pitches on both the North (original part) and the South (newer part) of the site. We have 60 pitches for the rally.

Those of you that do not know the site (or have not attended our Christmas rally before) - this is an adult only site where we have the use of the Clubhouse for our Christmas rally. As there will be many of us attending, we have to split the group into two and have our Christmas meals on either Tuesday or Wednesday evenings.

The main rally dates are Tuesday 8th December to Thursday 10th December (using a 2-night approach). You can, however, attend from Sunday 6th or Monday 7th if you wish (to make it 4 or 3 nights) and/or stay until Friday 11th (i.e. including Thursday night) if you wish to have a longer stay. So, 2, 3, 4 or 5 nights.

The site has confirmed that the pitch costs for Sunday to Thursday nights is £37 per unit per night (normal tariff is £40 so a £3 discount given to us).

We do have a small number of pitches (7) allocated on the North part of the site for the weekends (Friday and Saturday nights – cost £46 per night – no reduced pitch cost) before and after the actual rally dates – these are for the tribute weekends that Eye Kettleby Lakes hold – there is a Blues Brothers tribute on Saturday 5th December (ticket £7 per person) and a Madness tribute on Saturday 12th December (ticket £9 per person).

I now need to know if you wish to attend the rally and the nights you wish to attend – please do not just state ‘Yes we wish to attend’. I need to know the nights you wish to stay before I can accept your booking. I will then let you know if you have been successful in being added to the list of attendees for the rally (please bear with me as this will take time and I may not be able to respond quickly).

I will do my best to accommodate people, but we do have limited numbers.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be due in due course – this will secure your place on the rally. More details will follow on this.

There will be many more emails to follow on the Christmas rally which is less than 2 months away.

Please do NOT contact the site about anything regarding this booking - everything needs to be booked through me.
Thank you
Ali
